AN EVENING WITH LINDA DAVIS
Linda Davis begins her show with the many wonderful songs she is known for in country music, evolving out of Music City.  Linda's charm and rapport with her audiences immediately connects the two taking them through hit after hit. Her fans are brought up to speed through song and story over her twenty year career.

Linda's latest CD "Young at Heart," covering ten beloved jazz standards, encompasses the final set of her concert. The stage and mood change from the Nashville sound to the 1940's, and Linda Davis morphs into Lizzie Larue.

The stage is transformed into two separate areas - a 1940's cabaret and a bedroom.  Through wardrobe, wigs, and songs the character, Lizzie LaRue, comes alive.  The audience moves through time and space back to the WWII era.  Lizzie Larue is a young woman who dreams of leaving her small town to become a famous singer in NYC.  We watch her fall in love with a soldier and before the show is over, each audience member has fallen in love with Lizzie.
